DirtHead Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at DirtHead.  We truly value you as a customer and we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item and are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

PROCESS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@DirtHeadMX.com within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
